At Nescor we believe in helping companies to define the timescales, budgetary costings and spatial requirements for an impending relocation project. Through undertaking this exercise our clients find it easier to; effectively budget for the cost of the project; develop a good understanding of how long the project will take; and search with confidence for the appropriate amount of space. You would be surprised by how often we get involved with a client (who has not undertaken this type of preparatory work) and has selected a building which turns out to not be suitable for their needs.

The aim of this service is to help a company which is considering relocating to undertake the following:

Define their spatial requirements: We work with your company to analyse the amount of office space you will require and produce a series of detailed models based upon a range of different space efficiency options.

Define the likely cost of fitting out a new office: We develop an outline construction specification which we cost in order to assist you with budgeting for the future cost of your office relocation project. We find that this is of particular interest especially as nowadays companies often need to budget for expenditure many years in advance.

Define the project programme: The information gather from the spatial and costing exercise is used as the basis for producing a detailed high level programme showing the likely timescales from the start of the search through to occupation of the new office. Customers are often surprised by the amount of time which is required after factoring in all the various elements.
