This service has been designed to support smaller and medium sized businesses who are relocating offices or refurbishing and who typically have limited in-house property and construction expertise. In addition their senior management have limited time available to oversee the process of selecting and appointing the fitting out Contractor.

Regrettably too often faced with these circumstances companies appoint the Contractor without undertaking a detailed evaluation process and sometimes purely on the basis of the company that they feel most comfortable with. Whilst it is important that there is good chemistry this approach invariably results in the company paying in excess of 15% more than the competitive market rate. In addition the company has no protection against project risks in a number of critical areas.

At Nescor we are conscious that we should always provide outstanding value for money and whilst we are more than able to act as your representative to oversee the project whilst on site often our role is confined to assisting with the selection and appointment of the Contractor.
